The rules that apply when you order from Hajvery Libas.

By ordering from Hajvery Libas you accept these terms. They are written to be read, not to frighten.
1. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm it — you get that confirmation by email and on screen immediately after checkout. If a fabric sells out between your order and our confirmation we will offer a full refund or an equivalent fabric, your choice.
2. Prices
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include no hidden charges. Delivery is shown separately at checkout and is free above Rs. 5,000. Prices can change without notice, but never after you have placed an order.
3. Payment
Cash on delivery is our default. Where bank transfer is offered, payment must be received before we dispatch. We never ask for card details by phone, email or WhatsApp — if someone claiming to be us does, it is a scam. Report it to support@hajverylibas.pk.
4. Delivery
Delivery estimates are estimates. Delays happen around public holidays and courier strikes. Risk passes to you on handover to the courier, which is why we ask you to inspect the parcel with the agent before paying. See our shipping page for full terms.
5. Colour accuracy
Every image we publish is shot on real fabric, but screens lie. If the shade you receive differs materially from what you ordered, the returns process applies — that is a fault on our side, not a change of heart.
6. Accounts
Keep your password to yourself. Accounts created automatically at guest checkout belong to whoever can prove control of the email address. We may suspend an account used for fraud, abuse or spam.
7. Intellectual property
All fabric designs, photography, copy and code on this site belong to Hajvery Libas. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.
8. Liability
We are liable for delivering what you ordered to the address you gave us. We are not liable for indirect loss such as a missed event caused by a courier delay, but we will always try to make it right — usually with a discount on your next order.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.
