How Hajvery Libas delivers across Pakistan — charges, courier partners and realistic delivery times by city.

Every order is packed by hand in Lahore and handed to our courier partners the same working day. Nothing is held in a warehouse, so what arrives is what was woven that week.
Delivery charges

Charges are calculated on the fabric total only — never on top of the amount you pay the courier in cash. If a parcel comes back undelivered because the phone was unreachable, we re-dispatch it once at no extra cost.
How long it takes

Woven fabric is cut to your chosen metre length, so it ships rolled rather than folded. Rolled fabric cannot be folded, which is why we ask for a complete street address rather than a landmark.
Cash on delivery, everywhere
You do not pay us in advance. Inspect the parcel with the courier — open it, feel the weight, confirm the colour and the metre — and then pay the agent. If anything is wrong, hand the parcel straight back and nothing changes hands.
Bank transfer
If you prefer to pay upfront, choose bank transfer at checkout. Send the receipt on WhatsApp and we dispatch as soon as it clears, usually the same working day.
Order changes
Orders can be changed or cancelled free of charge until they reach Packed. After that the fabric is cut, so changes are no longer possible. WhatsApp us on +92 329 8667773 quoting your order number.
